For me winter & movies seem to go together. I guess because days are shorter and I am not out working in the yard so much.
Winter seems to have arrived here in Utah. No matter where you are you may be having weather like this
That’s about 2′ that fell in 36 hours. (Gently shake tree and shrub branches to remove some of the snow and reduce breaking branches. Watch for falling branches and snow – be careful.)
Besides shovelling snow, planning your garden, and preparing for (or cleaning up from) the Christmas season, what do you like to do?
I watch more movies and shows in the winter with the shorter daylight hours. I especially enjoy concerts, documentaries, and older movies. This is a great time to watch gardening movies and shows.
This time of year I also enjoy watching some of the Christmas movies. Some that I like watching every year including Miracle on 34th Street (either version), It’s A Wonderful Life, A Christmas Carol (George C Scott version). What are you favorites?
I just signed up with a streaming service today, VidAngel, and look forward to seeing what I think. I also signed up as an affiliate with VidAngel so when you click on my links I will receive compensation for sending people their way. I normally try things out first and only promote things that I really like. I am making an exception because VidAngel is so inexpensive and this is a great time to be watching Christmas movies. Of course you may want to watch the previous Star Wars movies before or after you see the newest one in theaters. Plus right now with VidAngel you can get a free year of movie watching when you invite 5 friends who also watch a movie.
