Wild Herb Walks
Learn to identify plants in the wild and how to use them.
Walks are held in a variety of locations
Check my event calendar for walks open to the public
Schedule a walk with friends, family, neighbors, or your organization
Each walk is limited to 15 people so if you want to go sign up as soon as possible.
Those who RSVP will be given directions. If you say you are coming please show up or let me know at least 48 hrs before if you need to cancel so I can open it up for others.
Cost is $25/person and bring a friend for free or $35 for a family of three or more.
Children old enough to listen and stay with the group are welcome.
This will be an easy walk with frequent stops to look at and learn about the plants.
Bring a camera, something to take notes, water bottle, insect repellent, sunscreen, appropriate attire for the weather.
So far locations I have held wild herb walks have ncluded Tremonton, Logan Canyon, North Ogden, near Monte Cristo, Layton, Bountiful, Lamb’s Canyon, Big Cottonwood Canyon, Pleasant Grove, Yellow Fork Canyon, and Provo Canyon.
I am happy to hold a walk in a location where I have never been or never held a walk. Let me know where you would like to go.
